Privacy policy

This page describes the privacy policy of Spredehagl. The Spredehagl site is a common denominator for all the services that can be accessed online on spredehagl.com. The policy describes how Spredehagl stores, processes and passes on data that are specific to your person. The policy does not concern data that Spredehagl receives outside the Spredehagl site.

By using the Spredehagl site, you consent to Spredehagls privacy policy.

The Spredehagl site is designed to know the least possible amount of data specific to you. Spredehagl does not know or need sensitive data or personal data.

Cookies

The Spredehagl site does not use cookies.

Logging

Spredehagl has access to usage statistics that is summarized for all users. It is not practically possible to see a single users access from that. Spredehagl does not have access to the web server access-log or others logs that has information about the users access.

The hosting service is provided by One.com. They can read the access-log and possibly other data about your access. You can read their policy here: https://www.one.com/en/info/privacy-policy

Data in case of contact

If you contact Spredehagl you will send these data to Spredehagls mailserver:

• your email address and your name
• subject
• the content of your input
• the data you chose to attach to your email
• the web page from which you made the contact
• the point in time you loaded the web page
• the point in time your email was sent
• data about the mailserver your email was sent from

When you send your mail, you consent to Spredehagl receiving these data, and that Spredehagl can use them for processing your input.

Passing on your data

Your data can be passed on to third party in these situations:

• In case you give a prior written approval of it.
• In case Dansk Politi (Danish Police) with a retskendelse (judges order) ask for your data to be extradited.
• Otherwise extradition to Dansk Politi according to retsplejelovens chapter 74 and chapter 71.

Apart from this, Spredehagl does not pass on your data to third party.

Changes to the privacy policy

Spredehagl reserves the right to change the privacy policy without notice.

When the privacy policy is changed, the title and all internal links will be marked with a NEW tag. Javascript needs to be enabled to be able to see the tag.

This tag will be on for 30 days after the change took place. Spredehagl waits at least 30 days between changes to the privacy policy. Changes to the policy will never have retroactive effect.
