Simple frikadelles
Simple frikadelles (12 pcs)
- 500 g pork and veal mince 8-12% fat
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 dl breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 dl milk
- 1/2 grated onion
- 1 egg
- frying butter
- refined olive oil
- Put the ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly, stir until the mixture gathers.
- Put the mixture in a fridge for at least 60 minutes.
- Fry the frikadelles on a pan with plenty frying butter and oil.
Simple frikadelles have a little rough taste, but if you have them with a side dish that is not too mild tasting, they are perfectly fine.
