Frikadelles with veal
Frikadelles with veal (12 pcs)
- 500 g pork and veal mince 8-12% fat
- 1 7/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 dl breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1 dl milk
- 1/2 tsp prune purée
- 1/2 grated onion
- 1 beaten egg
- frying butter
- refined olive oil
Otherwise, follow the recipe for frikadelles without veal (see Frikadeller).
Pork and veal mince usually contains 1/4 - 1/3 veal.
