Frikadelles with veal (12 pcs)

• 500 g pork and veal mince 8-12% fat
• 1 7/8 tsp salt
• 1/2 dl breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp wheat flour
• 1/4 tsp ground pepper
• 1/8 tsp baking soda
• 1 dl milk
• 1/2 tsp prune purée
• 1/2 grated onion
• 1 beaten egg
• frying butter
• refined olive oil

Pork and veal mince usually contains 1/4 - 1/3 veal.
